Life is hard ya'll. I have had a tough road behind me. But, I found that with Gratitude & and the Love of the Universe (Source, God) ...that Anything is possible. By overcoming Addiction, Insomnia, Abuse, Co-Dependency & many other issues a lot of us have come in contact with and share 

I am here to promise you. That. There is Healing, there is Peace, there is Hope.

We can't do it alone, and so here we are, together right now.

I've spent almost 20 years gathering my tools, knowledge, personal experiences of failures, and hurdles I've eventually overcome. To bring an all inclusive resource.  SoWeDidIt

So we did it together, so we did it with love, so we did it with integrity , so we did it learning Gratitude and Grace, and steadfast understanding of the All.

We are all here for a reason, and that is to do whatever Lights you up! Because when you do the thing only you know how to do, the way only you can do it, and when you do it...it WILL change the World, the Universe

May that be Mental reprogramming with positive affirmations and a deep seeded Sankulpa, creating the heart mind connection, or creating a custom meal plan and exercise routine using Asana and daily movement to create new habits, or perhaps more understanding of who you really want to be. Finding that passion again.

Using a Holistic approach, combined with personal experience and compassion. Together we can find your path, get you back on track, or help with continued education to help strengthen your way.

 I finished school at The Mind Body Institute in 2009 for Massage Therapy. There I was introduced to the science of the body. How we work, & how the body keeps the score. Along with introducing me to Yoga & Reiki which would be some of the biggest tools in my toolbox yet. I learned that my love for the human body would never cease. We are such Wonders!!!

In 2020  I  acquired my first 20" E (Solar Plexus) pure crystal singing bowl. Sound Healing has been a very big part of my healing journey, and has brought a lot of joy to my life and those around me.

In 2021 I took my first trip to Guatemala, guided by Source, I found the healing Shamans of Lake Atitlan in San Marcos and the beauty of Cacao. 

This has also became a large part of my  life, I  now only cook with cacao when using chocolate and sharing  cacao in ceremony with close friends is always a huge blessing.
